Refund policy
Returns
Our exchange policy is 14 days. After that time, unfortunately we can’t offer you an exchange or store credit.
To be eligible for an exchange or store credit within the 14 day period, your item must be unworn, unwashed, with original tags still attached. Due to allergy concerns, items must be free of pet hair, cigarette smoke and perfumes.
A receipt of purchase is required.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Non-returnable items:
- Gift cards
- Personal care items such as soap, manicure products and hairbrushes or hair ties (even if unused).
Refunds
If approved, then your refund will be processed, and a store credit will be issued. No cash, credit or check refunds will be given under any circumstances.
Sale & Clearance Items
Only regular priced items may be exchanged. Unfortunately sale and clearance items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges
We only replace items at no charge if they are defective from the manufacturer. If you believe you received a defective item, please reach us at info@southerngracenc.com. A determination will be made and defective items will be replaced, if available, otherwise exchanged.
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he/she will find out about your return.

Individual wishing to ship items will be responsible for shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
